Alums Support Engineering

Posted April 04, 2019 in Articles

Two alumni who earned their degrees at CSU’s Washkewicz College of Engineering have established scholarships to support engineering students.

Thank you to Theo Keith and his wife Sandra and John W. Robertson for their generosity.

Keith is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the University of Toledo, where he worked for 41 years. He also served as vice president and director at the Ohio Aerospace Institute for 10 years, and director of research and technology at NASA Glenn Research Center. He serves on the College of Engineering Visiting Committee and earned a bachelor of mechanical engineering degree in 1964.

Robertson is the founder and CEO of RoviSys, which provides automation and information integration solutions to manufacturing and process production facilities. The company engages CSU students in co-op and internship opportunities, as well as full-time positions. Robertson is a former member of the College’s Visiting Committee and earned a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering in 1982.
