Radiance scholarship 'an opportunity to beat the odds'

Amanda Posey grew up in the foster care system and remembers a childhood she admits was "anything but easy." Eventually, she'd enroll at CSU with the hopes to one day become a teacher and credits her Radiance scholarship as a "lifeline" to preserving those dreams
