Michael B. Klein is a Partner in the audit and accounting services department at Ciuni & Panichi, Inc., where he serves on the Executive Committee and leads the firm’s not-for-profit group. His expertise spans audits, reviews, financial reporting, internal controls, and advising both not-for-profit and for-profit clients on mergers, acquisitions, and resource management.
A double graduate of Cleveland State University, Klein earned his MBA in finance and a BS in accounting, magna cum laude.
He has provided volunteer leadership with the Ohio Society of CPAs, United Way Services, and CSU’s Business Alumni Board. Klein also serves as an ex officio member of CSU’s Board of Trustees.

Headquartered in Cleveland with offices in Columbus and St. Louis, the company has contributed to landmark projects including the Hilton Convention Center Hotel, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Progressive Field, Quicken Loans Arena, Cleveland Convention Center, Browns Stadium, MetroHealth Bed Tower, and Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute.
Active in professional and civic life, Lonnie has led The Presidents’ Council and served on multiple boards. His honors include SBA’s Minority Contractor of the Year and Inside Business Magazine’s Business Hall of Fame.

Ann Frangos retired from AT&T as Assistant Vice President of Accounts Receivable Management for global commercial accounts, following a 36-year career in telecommunications that spanned credit, finance, planning, operations, and human resources.
A former high school mathematics teacher, Frangos earned a BS in Mathematics from Baldwin Wallace University, graduating magna cum laude, and an MS in Mathematics from Cleveland State University. Honors include induction into the West Tech High School Hall of Fame and recognition as a CSU Distinguished Alumni.
Frangos currently serves as Vice Chair of Cuyahoga Community College’s Board of Trustees and provides volunteer leadership to civic organizations.

Her career spans marketing, development, advertising, and retail, with prior leadership roles at LDI Corporation, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Ohio, and Mills Hall Walborn Advertising. Janet earned her MBA in Marketing from Cleveland State University and BA from the University of Cincinnati.
In addition to the CSU Foundation, she serves on non-profit board leadership for Cleveland Play House, The Musical Arts Association, Church of the Redeemer UCC, UC’s Dean’s Advisory Board, and The Musical Theater Project.
